Lovely Molly - It's about a woman who descends into madness when she is left alone in the house she grew up in, which may or may not have the ghost of her dead father. It is incredibly slow with only a couple of creepy moments. There were too many cuts in the movie where you can tell they edited out a part that would have probably help you understand the movie better.

The Bourne Legacy - Loved it. And not just because of Jeremy Renner ( though, for me he is an added plus.) Enjoyed the actions sequences very much - being partially shot in the Phillipines was cool too ( which my friend and I as both Filipino Americans enjoyed). Jeremy did I believe most, if not all of his own stunts, which as an actor, I give him props for . . they were awesome.

The movie also flew by, next thing we knew the 2 hours were over and the movie was done and my friend and I were so pumped up, we wanted to see more.

Tim: What, twat?
Daisy: No, jumpsuit.

Brave - It was amazing! It was so good. It's brilliant! The story is great, the characters are very likeable, the soundtrack (at least the songs) are memorable. It was just overall amazing. If you haven't seen it yet, go see it!

Saw it last night. Great film, the atmosphere was amazing. Pixar, as ever, never lets me down. Absolutely brilliant.

Paranorman - it was a cute movie, but it's not a super funny movie and if you have small children who have never seen any kind of spooky/scary movies (Monster House, Nightmare Before Christmas, Coraline, etc.) there could be a few sections that may scare them.

Silent House - it was slow and predictable.

ATM - 3 friends from work get trapped at an ATM by a madman. I rented this because it had Alice Eve in it. It was slow and could have been really good with a faster pace.

Stakeland - Vampires have taken over the world and people are trying to survivor. It was slow and the vampires looked like zombies with fangs.

The Ward - a girl is sent to an asylum and doesn't know why she is there. It is directed by John Carpenter but the scares where minimal and the ending has been done before.

I have to watch that movie, too. But it didn't start yet in Germany. I read that Renner really did most of the stunts himself. He's really one of the best actor in action movies, I think.

I watched Total recall last week. Really liked it!

[REC]3 Genesis - even though it was the third in the [REC] trilogy it could almost be a stand alone movie. I enjoyed it but I could see how some people wouldn't.

ParaNorman- Loved it! I loved the little film references they 'sneaked in' and I love the characters and story as well. Although, I really wouldn't take a young child to see it.

Hotel Transylvania - It was really cute, but not as funny as people are expecting it to be.

Dredd 3D - I really didn't want to see this movie, but I am actually glad I did....it was really good...the trailer for it doesn't do it justice.

I am doing the 31 Days of Horror Movie Challenge so I have been watching a horror movie everyday!

Movie #7 was Frankenweenie - it was typical Tim Burton movie, but it is more for adults than kids.

Wreck-It-Ralph I wasn't really expecting anything from it, but I loved the film so much! That is all. It's just amazing.

MIB 3 - finally saw it, and wasn't disappointed though I was worried it would be really bad. Actually, it was nice.

ARGO - which was freakin amazing. Well done all around. Loved it.

CLOUD ATLAS - I really liked it - I'm a big fan of a non-linear screenplay. I saw it with Tom and he didn't really enjoy the film. He also was looking for some big message in the film - which I didn't really feel there was. It was more an interesting character study for me - esp if you took each of the main characters and saw how they may or may not have changed during their various lifetimes - interesting how certain folks found each other no matter what life they were in . . etc.

I finally got to catch up on some horror movies while I was home sick in bed.

The Barrens - It had Stephen Moyer from True Blood in it and it was about the Jersey Devil. I thought it would be a pretty bad movie, but it turned out to be pretty good.

V/H/S - It had a few good moments but overall it was boring.

Silent Night - It was pretty good and had some nice good kills.

The Apparition - it started out pretty good then it got slow and boring and the acting was awful...except for Tom Felton
